Hello 

I have order s24 ultra 512 gry titanum .. since 18 jan.. 

Took upfront from my direct debit but still did not recevied any email about my order

I dont know if i am accpeted or not while upfront payment was accpeted

And 2nd issues i choose offer that was £95 was goes to £87 

When i place order i got emials tells monthley payment is £95 for plan and device 

Almost past many days i am waiting

As you see at the picture offer was £87 when i got the email about order it tells £95 

I agree with £87 

But £95 to expinsive 

Yeah i check .. there is no mail

Its been 4 days i am waiting .. i dont want waste the offer of samsung i am interst in S4 ultra

The offer in samsung will be end at 25 jan

My order was cancled and i order through the phone it is good deal .. 

But i dont understand why DPD send me 2 paracel number ?? Tracking number

While i just order only one phone 

Can you help me with that ?? Look like i order 2 phone from ee
