I was told my order would be delivered 11/12 and id receive a text informing me of an hourly slot for delivery but ive had nothing. When trying to track the order it is saying i cant track it. Has anyone had any similar issues?

If you have the DPD text you can check your order on the DPD website or DPD app.
If tracking isn't working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
