Hi I placed an order for a iPhone 14 on 6th December, I recieved the order successful email with the order number also my upfront was taken , but I haven’t recieved and other emails or notifications since then.

i just wondered if anyone could help.

Hi @Lornadez5642,

We'd expect your phone to be dispatched from our warehouse within 7 days of your order.

You'll receive a delivery notification from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
