I placed an order on the 3rd but have not received any updates, the system says it cannot provide details?

I would like to know when i will receive my order.

I have upgraded to an IPhone 14 pro max package and paid £250 upfront towards the phone, the £250 has been taken from my card but I cannot get any details on when the phone will be shipped.

In this case, please call us on 150 and the team can check the order and provide an update 🙂

You can call 150 from an EE phone or 0800 956 6000 if you are a new EE customer.

 have tried calling 150- 3 times, on each occasion the message says they are busy and wait time is 20 mins, after 20 mins of waiting the call is answered and the operator promptly hangs up the call!!!
