Upgraded yesterday. Got an email saying my phone was ‘on it’s way’ nothing since. Tracking number says there’s no information. When ordered, said stock was good and would usually be dispatched within one working day. Ordered in the morning. Thought I’d have had some confirmation of some sort by now! My contract has changed online. Any ideas of when to expect the delivery?

Have you downloaded the DPD app and use the email address you registered at checkout and the postcode, to see if they have deliveries scheduled?
