I placed an Oder for a iPhone on Sunday that’s just passed at around 6:45pm and today is now Tuesday morning and all I’ve received is a contract summary email and a email saying thanks for my order and they will get to it straight away. I’m just wondering what’s going on because I should have my tracking and everything by now aswell as the phone it’s self but I’ve heard nothing. Whys that and what’s going on?

Whilst we can't check orders specifically via these public forums, I can double check our current delivery timescales to see if things are on track.

Which model of iPhone did you go for here, including colour and storage version?

Also if you got an XK order reference number, have you tried checking this on our order tracker?
