So I placed an order on the 25.06.26 at 20:15pm, I have since had the money pending in my account to be taken out, the thanks for your order with the order number starting XKO and a contract summary, it’s been over 24 hours and I’ve heard nothing so I’m now worried if my order has gone through or not

The phone is showing as being in stock and usually dispatched within 1 day. With it being ordered on Thursday evening, it probably wouldn't be processed until yesterday.

Generally you wouldn't hear anything until the phone is with DPD where you'd get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know when to expect it.

Unless you paid extra for a weekend delivery, it would usually be Monday to Friday deliveries so it it isn't unusual to have not heard anything else yet.

If you received a confirmation email when placing the order, I'd recommend waiting until Monday before giving us a call if you've still not heard anything by then.

I placed an order last night at 20:15 and I’ve received a thank you for the order with the order number starting XKO, and a contract summary, and the money is pending in my bank but I’ve heard nothing else from EE and getting worried it won’t let me track it or anything. Does this mean my order has gone through?

We don't have access to accounts or orders to see if it has been accepted, but what you've described so far is what we'd expect to happen.

If you let me know what you've ordered, including colour and storage size, I can check the stock information to see if there are any delays.

That’s fine thank you so I’m guessing with the emails I’ve received the order would have definitely gone through?

I can't say that it has definitely gone through @Chaz0604, but if you received the confirmation email it means the order has been received.

If you wanted to check to make 100% sure it has been successful, you'd need to give us a call so our guides can locate the order.
