Placed a order on the website for a new contract 

had a email saying successful ee order and the xko number that was yesterday morning at 9:20 .but haven’t heard anything since does it mean my order went through

@4Harmony  About what exactly,  you placed an order you got confirmation of that order so what exactly are you now wanting to know ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Placed a order over the phone for a mobile handset she said it’s all been accepted but I haven’t received confirmation email or the xko tracking number any idea and I haven’t received confirmation checked junk folder to

Please check your Junk/Spam folder for any email you may have received. 
You can use the XKO number from when you placed the order, you can follow @Ritu_D link to track your order. 

If you let me know the make/model/colour and memory size of the phone you ordered I can check the expected delivery date for you.

Hey she said 14days but I did the order over the phone but haven’t received any email to give me a tracking she just said dpd will txt but I thought I would receive a email in regards to the order many thanks

If you have the order number she gave over the phone, you can use that to track the order. 

The next update you'll receive will be when we have your device from the manufacturer and ready to send to you. Which is usually the day before shipping. Fingers crossed it will be quicker than the 14 days quoted. 

You'll also receive a message from DPD with the tracking information. If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend downloading the DPD app and connected so you will have detailed timely delivery information.
