I have ordered a watch with my contract on Saturday.
I have 0 updates ??? I have an order number but when I use this on the "online order tracker" and its saying it has a problem...
I am increasingly worried this has been lost or not even completed? I have no tracking information for DPD so hasn't reached them yet

Your order won't be processed until today/tomorrow because of the weekend and bank holiday.
If you haven't heard anything Friday call EE CS on 150.
