Hello, I recently ordered a new phone in store over a week ago but the tracker is still sitting at order placed. I really need this phone but nothing has moved!

Thank you for the reply. I ordered the Samsung galaxy s26 FE 256GB in pistachio.

How long does a normal order take as this is now into 8 days & ive not heard anything.
