Order tracking

Hi, I ordered a pay monthly phone last week and I have been given the tracking number (which I've read means it's been despatched). However, the status of my order has remained the same for 4 days. If it has been despatched - why do I not have contact from the courier?  This is all very frustrating and the online help just sends me in a loop back to the 'track my order' section.   I work full time and need to make sure someone is home to receive it.   I don't think it's a great ask? Other companies are really good at letting you know the status of your order, who the courier is etc......

We want to get your new phone to you as swiftly as possible, so I'm sorry to hear about the delay you've had, and that you've not had an update about this.

I'd recommend giving our team a call and they will be able to cofnrim what is happening, and when this should reach you.
