I've received an email with a oder number but it won't work when I'm trying to track my order. I've received nothing from DPD to say when my new device will be delivered

@Sophie204  You only have an order number and until a device is allocated to you you don’t have anything to track,  once a device is allocated to you you’ll then receive a tracking number.  What device did you order ? Colour and storage size ?

I've ordered a galaxy Z flip 5 in lavender, 256GB.
