Order tracking Pro Max

I know there’s tonnes of these but I’ve order a cosmic orange pro max 256gb on 31st October. The tracking page since dispatched since the 20th. But I’ve not heard anything

Any orders placed from 27/10/25 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange shows 'Expect dispatch within 28 days.'

DPD will contact you once your device is ready for delivery. If you dont already have the DPD app, I recommend downloading this. It allows you to track your parcel, receive notifications, and manage delivery options easily.

DPD will contact you once your device is ready for delivery. If you dont already have the DPD app, I recommend downloading this. It allows you to track your parcel, receive notifications, and manage delivery options easily.

Ok so dispatch expected by this Friday. The tracker is just confusing as it states “dispatched” which implies it’s been sent.

The status bar will display your order's progress through each stage, from order confirmation to dispatch. The final section will show an X until your device has been dispatched.

Oh yes I can see the cross now. It’s a shame the text actually says dispatched in the text!

It’s a shame this was wrong. The device was sent on the 20th. No texts sent via DPD so missed the deliveries. Need to wait for it to go back to EE and then I can rearrange for a new one to be sent… what a joke.

I'm sorry you never had any updates from DPD for the delivery. 

When the device has been returned and you re-order please download the DPD app and this should show any deliveries that are scheduled for your address.

It would if I was sent the tracking number and security code but I did not receive it last time. Hence why the deliveries were missed.

Once you have placed a new order, our mobile guides on 150 will help you with any extra details you need. They can also make sure the contact details are all correct for DPD to get in touch.
