Morning,

Did and upgrade and got the order details through from EE.

 

On Tuesday DPD attempted to deliver it , but , I was not in with the PIN to take delivery. DPD guy said he would come back the next day. He hasnt come back yet , it's now Friday. No emails/cards left by DPD with tracking details.

 

Checking the EE order status it says it awaiting dispatch and no corresponding dates. So I have no idea when it will be delivered or how to track it and rearrange if needed.

 

What do I do?

Download the DPD app and it should give you the pin. 

The app will tell you the status as well. 

Alternatively speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hey what date did you order? I ordered on 7th Jan and I’m still waiting, have had nothing from DPD. Tracking on EE is still saying awaiting dispatch 

Ordered on 11th Jan , so was surprised the delivery came so quickly

Wow you’re one of the lucky ones haha! What phone did you order? I ordered 17 pro max 256gb, so I’m wondering if there is actually a back log.
