I placed an order 3 days ago, got the order confirmation with an XKO order number but tracker not working and know nothing. I dont use a landline and current mobile is broken so struggling to phone to chase up and there is no live chat. Any help anyone?

@roseb you be sent a tracking number via text message and you’ll only get this once a device has been allocated to you and has been dispatched. As you have access to a PC if you create a DPD account with the same email address that you use with EE you should be able to track your order you should be able to get the pin code which you will have to give to the courier when they arrive to take possession of the device.
Live chat is available via the EE app.

Hi Chris, havent received any text messages at all, only the email to confirm the order. Will try DPD account now. Also, I put the EE app on my tablet but cant find a live chat option 😕

@roseb , if you are on a monthly contract, then click on help and you will find it there, it is not available on pay as you go.
