Order reference number issue

I placed an order for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 on Saturday 27th December I’ve entered the reference number on the confirmation email to track the order but it just keeps coming up as sorry that’s not right how can it be the wrong reference number when that’s what’s on the confirmation email?

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Dispatched? If the order hasn’t yet been dispatched what’s been the delay I ordered this on Saturday the EE website says delivery expected to take 1-2 days Monday and Tuesday and it hasn’t even been dispatched?

As you're seeing an error when checking your order number on our tracking page, your order may not have been completed. 
Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly. 

If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.
