Hi
i received an email saying my order was successful and also received my direct debit information . Has my ordered been processed ? As I have not received a dispatch email and it’s been 2 days

It is showing that one is in stock and usually dispatched within 1 day, so if you've not heard anything yet it is worth speaking to our customer service guides so they can bring up your account and check the order status.
