Spoke with an EE advisor today re not being able to pair my BT router with the EE app. Apparently I need an EE router which I have never been supplied with. The advisor said I should get the router over the next couple of days. However haven’t received any email from EE confirming the order so I can’t track delivery. Should I have received an order notification?

Hi Rach I think it is now all sorted thanks. Spoke with a very helpful advisor this morning who ordered the new router, looks like it wasn’t dealt with correctly yesterday. Now got an order number and date for delivery. Hopefully will all be up and running soon.
