Order not showing any tracking

Hello

I had to early upgrade my phone, as my old phone died. 

There is no update since ordering early Monday and paying almost £90 for early upgrade. 

I cant ring EE to find out what is going on as I have no phone. 

Ive checked the order tracker multiple times and I cant phone. Its very frustrating especially when it states it will ship in 24 hours

Have you downloaded the DPD app and used the email address and postcode to see if we have any deliveries scheduled?

I'm on a chromebook and its not allowing me to download the dpd app from the playstore

Its saying its not compatible with my device, so Im properly stuck

I havent got a phone 😕 not for the landline 

I really dont know what to do now, I thought the phone would be here yesterday and and Ive got to go to the hospital for an appointment this afternoon. So im worried it will turn up while Im not at home

DPD will leave a card if you are not in when they arrive.

If you are able to give us a call from any phone at some point, the team will give you an update.
