Order missing

I had a TV ordered from EE, it says it was delivered yesterday however nothing has been delivered. I also havent had any tracking number/ communication from parcelforce at all so i cannot see where this has even been delivered to. 
ive phoned and been on hold for an hour without any response. I would like more information as to how progress this
