Order issue

I have done all the process for ordering the phone including upfront payment but status that showed confirmed now shows order cancelled and don't know the reason. Neither customer care connects nor the chat staff gives me relevant answer 😟

I took 1TB variant but didnot receive any confirmation from DPD so far and location is Town center which isn't remote to delay. It's 2nd day after order confirmed. Customer service representative said would get delivered in 1 day but so far no information or sms from DPD.
