Hi, I order for an iphone 14 pro max space black(256gb)  on 05/11/22. It said it would take up to 10-12 days for the shipment process. On 13/11/22 I got a text from ee saying your order is on track. But after that there was no updates. So I was wondering how long it might take for the shipment.

I ordered on exactly the same day the same model and I’m still waiting. Was told it would be dispatched in 14 days. Unfortunately no one will be able to tell you exactly when it will come as right now no one knows! It’s unfortunate but we are going to just have to be patient.

I agree with what you are saying and I know EE are totally reliant on stock arriving. However, they also seem to have a very indifferent attitude to their customers. For example,  How about explaining when you order that you won't see anything on their tracker until you get a text from DPD, how about sending an email out to customers automatically when it is taking longer than their estimated time. saying "we know it's frustrating but....", how about changing the "Dispatch expected within 24 hours" on the order checker on their website when you know it isn't going to be in that timescale. The attitude of EE, which I'm sure isn't intentional, comes across as though they don't really care and what will be will be.
