Hi

 

I have an order number starting xko. I ordered on the 31st October and it stated that it is normally despatched with in 24 hours. I have gone on order tracking and it says that there is no information on the order yet but we are are on day 7 now. I have had no other communication from EE other than the original confirmation email.

Hi. It was for a Lenova Ideapad 5G and light silver. It so much the delay, its the no notification of the delay.

Yes, you'll receive a dispatch notification via text message and you won't start to be billed until then.
