Do we know when communication will be sent out regarding delayed orders?
I placed an order on the 25th November and have had no comms since? Money taken upfront for handset which is fine but I don’t want my monthly bill to increase by the £30 as well when I don’t have a device

Is it definitely a Good As New iPhone 14 Pro that you ordered?
I can only see stock for new iPhone 14 Pro or Good as New iPhone 13 Pro.

@Miniegibbo EE will be waiting on other good as new devices to come in to be able to fulfil your order if they don’t have any in stock of that model type.

I appreciate that but what kind of timescale are we looking at? It said usually dispatched within 1 day. It should be updated to reflect actual.
What happens if my line rental goes to £83 from a previous sim only at £19 and I still don’t have a phone?

Good as new is open box products. Based upon EE struggling to obtain new stock for customers I wouldn't hold your breath over the ability to get a returned device.
