I placed an order for a new phone. When I landed on the payment page, safari froze and went blank. But the payment was taken from my account. I did not receive any confirmation email from EE.
I have been waiting for a while now and I am worried now as to what is going on.
I have checked all the folders in my mailbox.
Can someone help please?

Is the payment showing as pending or completed in your online banking account?
