I have currently got sim only contract. I recently upgraded for iphone 14 promax and the apple watch ultra. I paid 190£ for apple watch.
since i have paid for it i got emails to confirm my watch and phone pre orders. The order reference number that was provided doesnt work. On my ee app it says that it will return me 190£ in next bill. I absolutely have no idea whats going on. I dont know whether the order is accepted or not. When i check my plan its still the same old sim only one.
can someone tell me whats going on?

You would need to ring CS when they open on morning as no one on here as access to people accounts.
