I received this email today first receiving a email with thank you for my order and a tracking number etc does this mean I’m accepted just need to get my billing account up to date which has now been paid?
Thanks for choosing to upgrade with us. We just need the outstanding balance on your account to be paid before we can continue with the order

If that’s what the email said then I expect that they just needed you to get your account up to date in order for them to process the upgrade.
