Order cancelled

I ordered a contract phone today and paid £30 upfront but I’ve had a message saying it’s cancelled but no refund and no reason why

The refund will be processed by your bank if the credit is not made by EE to the reserved payment.

For a reason you'll need to get in touch with EE CS.
