Ordered a phone last night on the EE website and I went through all the right procedures. Paid my £30 upfront, but I received a text awhile ago saying my order was cancelled. I still haven't been refunded. No mail. Just a text.

Seems to be the way of EE these days.
I regret coming back, well, I would if I was actually here with a working phone on EE.

@TayGTR , what is wrong with your phone? That is not EE’s fault.

@Phillip18 It could be a number of different things.
