Order accepted?

Hi on 28th March I put order for Iphone 17 Pro Max. Few days later money was taken from my account (not pending). Except one email right after placing order and one text message day later I have not got anything else does that mean I have been accepted and just have to wait patiently? At the time of ordering expected delivery was within 7days. If it’s helpful I have chosen delivery to store. The xko number from the text gives me an error message when trying to track it using EE site

We have no access to your account via these forums to 100% confirm but everything you mention does suggest the order has went through fine yes. As you mention, at the time of order the guidance is to expect dispatch within 7 days of order and we are still awaiting the stock on that model at the moment.
