Hi, 

 

I ordered a iPhone 16 plus on Saturday the 2nd and I haven’t had another email and I can’t seem to be able to track it. I’ve tried on different devices and I’ve also refreshed and reloaded the page multiple times. 

if anyone can help that would be appreciated

Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

You need the number to check your order, but it may not be possible yet, there can be a delay before your order is processed.

Can you let us know what colour and storage size you ordered?

One of the community staff may let you know whether there is a delay.

You will receive notification from EE when it is ready to be dispatched and DPD will let you know tup to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Yes I have checked my junk folder and no other emails. 

I ordered the iPhone 16 plus in teal 256gb. It did say in stock and dispatch with in 1 day

Yes I have the app but everything is sorted now thank you! I managed to take to someone on the messaging service on the app. Thank you!😊😊
