Hi all, I've recently (01/08) ordered an online SIM upgrade (pay monthly 120gb 4g upgraded to pay monthly 160gb 5g). No new SIM to be sent out, so no waiting for the post etc. Order confirmed by email.
Nothing, to date, has changed on my account - still the same data limit etc. The order number I was emailed gives a "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now" error message.
Before I start phoning CS, is this normal for online only orders to take so long? Seems odd that it is purely an electronic change, as opposed to a physical one.

Replying to my own query... Even though I'd searched the forum first and found nothing appropriate, as soon as I'd posted this, a sticky post showed up with the answers... 🙄
I'll give it a few more days for the order to come through...
