Old phone posted back to EE

Has anyone had the same problems that I’m having where I’ve sent my old mobile back to EE last October and 6 month down the line they have charged me £450 saying that they never received the mobile back. 
The is absolute disgusting especially when I know the mobile got sent back to them. No feed back that the mobile had arrived with them just a 6 month wait and bang a bill.

Not happy at all have complained about this twice now and still my mobile network is off due to unpaid bill.

Been a customer for 10 years now and to be treated like this and my integrity called in question is absolutely awful.

@Munchkin10   if they’ve not received it they’ve not received it.   Did you receive any confirmation to indicate they they received your device?  As you do get this information
