AND I PAY 67£

can I find another offer cause I think i pay too much

Yes, you can upgrade to new phone & plan & then use your existing SIM in it. You might be sent a new SIM just in case but you can ignore it if your old SIM fits.

The answer you've already been given is the correct answer, however if by "upgrade only the phone" you mean not taking a new 24month minimum term, then you can do by purchasing your chosen phone SIM-free.

 

Purchasing a phone from EE as an upgrade will mean a new minimum term contract.
