I placed an order for PAY MONTHLY on the IPhone 17 Pro, Deep Blue, 256GB on the 15th January, I got an email saying thanks for your order. I then got another email on the 16th saying about your order and your order is confirmed and to tap View Updates to track your order but that is all I have received via emails. So I clicked View Updates and this shows? It says order confirmed with a tick and it says awaiting dispatch confirmed with a tick but order dispatched is blank then underneath it says

Good news, your order is coming soon

We'll let you know when your new iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Deep Blue is on its way.

Hi @Poppywilson1996.

Welcome to the community.

It certainly does look like your order is progressing from what you've mentioned above.

When it is dispatched you'll get a text or email from DPD, or a notification in the DPD app letting you know when it will be delivered.

Michael

Do you know when it’ll be dispatched or if there is a wait on the phone? I ordered it the 15th January and all I have had is an email saying thanks for your order and another saying your order is confirmed with order number. When I go to track it it still says awaiting dispatch with tick next to it and then underneath says good news your order is coming soon

I am due to get a new phone tomordow with an eSIM new number. I currently have a Vodafone sim card would I be able to keep this number and transfer it over to the eSIM if so how do I do it please?

Hi @Poppywilson1996

Set up your phone with EE, test it, make sure you're happy, you can request your PAC from Vodafone now and then submit it to EE once you've tested EE and the number will transfer over in a few working days.

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/getting-started/keep-my-number/transfer-my-number-to-ee

PACs are normally actioned the working day following submission.
