It's Techtember, and we all know that means new iPhones!
We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!

Just like last year, let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any relevant discussion around them.

I think the order number is an issue as some orders will be online (like mine) and have a different format. Would be interesting to see the times of order on the sheet though to see if it is actually first come first served!

I see what you’re saying with that, but think it could be useful even then because online order numbers could compare to other ones online and other order numbers with each other, maybe even notice a pattern of whether online or other methods of ordering were better when it comes to getting the phone.

Hello, i have ordered the new iphone and still haven’t had a confirmation email and they have also taken £30 out of my account for upfront cost, how long does a confirmation email normally take to come through.

I preordered last friday and still havent had any confimation i have rang them twice to make sure it has gone through and they said it has and that some peple get confimation some dont which is very strange because i would like a confimation and order number like everyone else for my own piece of mind and to be honest its courtesy to send out a confirmation.

Just got an update following on from my comment last night where two advisers told me it would be today (one was yesterday and one was on launch day). The guy today said I made it into the 14 days batch, so by next Friday I’ll have a phone (not the 17/10 as per the spread sheet 🥲)

I’m hoping that means the same for me as I’m a few lines above you on the spreadsheet 🤞🏻 it would be good if the ee online tracker gave more information. I’m sure customer service must be fed up with us contacting them.

Well after getting my hopes up massively yesterday, it appears it’s just my watch ultra 3 that’s arriving today, my phone is still an open sales order and so hasn’t been picked yet and won’t be getting it today. I find this crazy, seeing as I was on the phone at 5 to 1 on pre order day and processed with my confirmation email by 29 minutes past.
