Hello again, everyone!
It's Techtember, and we all know that means new iPhones!
We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!
Just like last year, let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any relevant discussion around them.

Yes I have got the app and it’s saying nothing but due to all the messages on here it’s sounds like a total Fuk up on EE’s part and mines is my first time with EE so it’s not leaving a good impression of this company at all very disappointing for sure

If this helps anyone... I have the iPhone air listed as dispatched for tomorrow but I hadn't received anything from DPD on my app. However, I have two phones with EE (one for me and one for my husband). I got him to download the DPD app and put in his number and the EE delivery appeared there as the phone is purchased for his number.
Basically the delivery is connected to the phone number you are buying from not the email address your account is connected to so I now have the PIN for my tomorrow at least!

Fingers crossed for use, mines is a new order and I’m currently not with EE, as was transferring from o2 too EE so I’ve heard absolutely nothing unfortunately

Are you transferring phone numbers? Could you try and put in to DPD settings the new number if you're getting a new phone number or the temporary number if you're using a PAC code (I seem to remember being given a temporary number when I was transferring from Vodafone until my old number was ported over).
Don't know if that'll work, but it might! 🙂

Yes I’ve tried 2 different mobile numbers just in case but same issues so dear knows I’m certainly now sadly not going to be receiving it as promised

Been tracking via ee and if I use my email it says my tracking is at ‘confirmed’ no delivery date.
Track via my mobile number and order doesn’t exist.
Called earlier and they said it was coming tomorrow if that was what I was told.
Not feeling hopeful one bit.

It would be nice to be able to see some part of the order numbers on the tracker so we can have an insight on who is getting theirs despatched and the pattern or even time of confirmation email
