I Ordered An Nreal, at Rusden Lakes Store, the process was that I put £25 deposit down, which I did, they printed out and form with my transaction number my name and email address. They Told me I would received 2 emails one with the order and the £25 deposit receipt and an email when the item was in stock. Ive not received the first email with order number, ive rang the store who said I need to ring customer services, ive rang customers service and they say I need to ring the store. I would like to what is the turn around time for order. and who I contact about the missing email

There is no mention of the adapter and we don't have any information of when we will receive more stock. I would recommend speaking with the store again to discuss your order.
