Not received my delivery

I placed a order in the 13th of January and still haven't received my order and I've made a payment there is confirmation of the order but it won't let me track it says oops timed out,I've had no update on delivery

I think the best thing to do is to call our team directly so they can track what stage your order is at @Alice912

I know how eager you'll be to find out what's happening with your order.
If you've received email confirmation then it sounds like everything has been successful. Does your order number start with EE, XKO, or SO0? Please don't post the full order number.

Hi I do have a order number but It doesn't let me track it I have ordered it before and I had a tx to say they have received my equipment this is the second time I'm trying and still nothing

Can you please check the DPD app to see if you have any information there about your delivery?

Iv checked and it says that it was on its way back to EE but that is the first order and that was on the 7th nothing on the new order and that number doesn't track it
