I switched to ee last night and ordered an iPhone 17 with the sim plan but I haven’t received an email confirmation.

If you placed an order last night, it can take a little time for the confirmation to come through.

Once it's been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and you’ll be able to track it on the Track Your Order page.

If you haven’t received the confirmation within 24–48 hours, it’s worth checking your junk or spam folders. If it’s still not there, please contact our team with your order details and they'll be able to check this further for you.
