Non delivery of phone ordered on Saturday 3 Rd December

Hi 
I upgraded my phone contract on 3rd December and a new iPhone 11 was supposed to have been delivered to me but I keep getting texts from dpd saying my order is delaying.   I do not have an order number but I am sure you can find it by my phone number so please advise when I will get the phone or I will have to cancel my upgrade.    Thanks

Thanks for coming here. 

Once the order has been dispatched and DPD have this, you would need to contact DPD for further details on why this has been delayed. 

I hope you get your order soon.
