No update on order

I ordered a new iPhone 17 on the 30th last month still not dispatched what is going on at EE i could walk into any other phone provider store and take the phone there and then this is ridiculous. I’ve checked my order number and phone is still awaiting confirmation.

11 years with them never had to that b4 called in store to make the process abit easier, order was put through no problem, even had a call from EE to see if I wanted to keep the tablet on I said no let that go just the phone plz , so why was I not asked then . Seems abit long winded switched my other number to o2 few months back had phone sent out in a day

The iPhone 17 is recently released so popular models are still on back order. 
I can check the expected dispatch times if you can tell me which iPhone 17 model , memory size and colour you ordered?
