No update - iPhone 17 Pro Max

Placed an order on the 15th online and there has been no update till date.

This is unlike EE, never had such an experience before.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Welcome to the EE Community

If you mean you did not receive any e-mail confirmation after your order online I would recommend getting in touch so one of our guides can check if the order has been received as typically you should get an order confirmation pretty much straightaway but at most within 24 hours. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it ended up there.

I received an email confirming the purchase, but there has been no further communication

@h2dizzo1 If you have received an order confirmation and can see the tracking then your order has went through. The tracking wont update until the phone is preparing for dispatch and then dispatched. Once dispatched you will receive notification from DPD with tracking details. 

For most of the iPhone 17 Pro max models at the moment the guidance is to expect dispatch in more than 28 days of your order date.
