No update for my order after two days

I applied for a phone on Sunday , I recieved am email saying 

Hi Esma

We are processing your order and will let you know when your items will be dispatched. and then an order number that starts with Xko , they have also taking upfront payment however I can’t track this device and when I called they can’t find none of my information

Which phone did you order? Please include the colour and memory size.

If the phone you ordered was one of the new Samsung foldables, for example, it isn't coming out until August 26th. You will no doubt be informed of its dispatch a day or two before then.

I'm in the same boat as you having ordered a Fold4. Sitting tight until it becomes publicly available.

I’m experiencing similar problems. Ordered iPhone 13 midnight 128GB last week and when I try to track order no information at all is given.

It’s terrible really no way of tracking or known if I should apply for a contract via another company, have they took your upfront payment aswell 

Do you have any way of getting an update on my order as like I say when I call the can’t find no details for me

The current delivery guidance for that model is 'usually dispatched within 1 day' for the 512GB model.

If you call us again, the team will get this looked into further for you and let you know if the order needs placed again.
