Hi there I paid £30 upfront cost for an iPhone 13 this morning and EE have took the money but I haven’t been given an order number or a confirmation email I’ve heard nothing.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder, to see if anything is there? If you are concerned, I would suggest ringing customer service, there is no account access here.
