Good evening
I have orders xbox series x which said was in stock dispatched within 2 days. I paid £10 upfront and received my payment receipt but have no order confirmation no order number no delivery date or anything?
I have no idea of or when this is being delivered if atall.

Exact same problem ,I ordered on 30th October I'm still waiting 4th November even tho it said 2-3 days with no confirmation all I got from ee was yes your order has gone through and in stock , are you still waiting?

Yes I also received the game pass but no xbox , ee said dpd may have it but no tracking number , I called dpd but nothing for my address

I called every day since the 29th October but still no tracking number or xbox all I get told is I have one allocated , I could just buy one from the shops but thought I'd give ee my custom but thinking of cancelling everything, I'm a high paying customer never miss a bill

DPD will be in touch with delivery information once they have the order ready to be delivered. You can download the DPD app and use the email address as the reference and postcode. This will show you any deliveries for your address.

Yip same answer I been getting,on the phone, the advisor also said call dpd just in case its been delivered to a different address when I did then don't have anything for my address ,no trace from anywhere about the xbox but added to my account, was told next day delivery, then 2-3 days the within 10 days no tracking , nothing crazy experience nobody seems to know what's happening or what to do
