Hi added some new beats to my plan on 11th December and still no update on my delivery. How do I go about finding out  what the issue is and how to cancel as I may as well purchase from somewhere else based on the wait currently

@J-lo  If EE had these in stock you should have had them by now.  It’s possible your order didn’t go through did you receive an order number?

The only way to cancel these is to call customer services.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes I was given an order number but it won’t track

You should have already either received at home or ready to collect in store. I understand you have not received your order yet and the tracking info is invalid.

I  recently had to chase an order which got delayed, I was advised that 4pm is the cut off to resend new or unsuccessful orders so unfortunately you may not receive in time for Christmas.

if you wish to cancel you must do within 14 days of the initial shipment date, do this by following the instructions on the email or text you received containing your order details. I followed this process and I got a response on the 3rd business day, the journey following this was relatively straightforward and easy to understand.

I hope this helps, enjoy your Christmas!! 🙂
