No order confirmation

I ordered a new phone and contract about 7-8 hours ago last night, and I still haven’t received a order confirmation, the money has been taken from my bank account, after I paid it just gave me a blank white screen, I ordered the S23 Ultra in cream white.

can I get a email with my order confirmation pelase, thank you.

If the payment has gone through, it's probably just being processed. Have you checked your spam/junk folder? Which memory size did you choose?
