No order confirmation

I went into my local EE store yesterday to upgrade my contact as my phone was stolen. Payment was taken and still haven’t received a order reference or email confirmation. I was told it would be sent via email due to not having a phone at the moment. I can’t contact EE on the phone either.

If you've not received any emails following ordering in store, it would be best to go back to the store to chase with them.

We don't have any access to your account here to see what is happening with the order.

Alternatively, if you have access to another phone, you can give our customer service guides a call to see if they can locate the order.

You ordered online in-store or did you order in store for delivery to the store. 

Have you checked your email junk/spam folders. 

What device did you order.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
I ordered in store for delivery to store. And I upgraded to the iPhone 17 pro max.
