I went into my local EE store yesterday to upgrade my contact as my phone was stolen. Payment was taken and still haven’t received a order reference or email confirmation. I was told it would be sent via email due to not having a phone at the moment. I can’t contact EE on the phone either.

If you've not received any emails following ordering in store, it would be best to go back to the store to chase with them.

You ordered online in-store or did you order in store for delivery to the store.
Have you checked your email junk/spam folders.
What device did you order.
