No option for adding a voucher code for EE Perk discount

I have an EE Perk voucher code and want to upgrade my broadband, however there's no option to include the discount code anywhere, not on the page where you select your product choice, not on the page after that's upselling a home visit and nothing on the final page to place your order.

How do I add in this code?

As @XRaySpeX has mentioned, EE Perk voucher codes can only be used on eligible mobile plans, so the option to add a code won’t appear when upgrading broadband.

EE Perks discounts are only for mobiles, not BB.
